Hamer Park and Inglewood Oval

The City has undertaken a series of investigations and community engagement activities to inform a range of options for the Hamer Park and Inglewood Oval Building Redevelopment Project. The City is considering moving the Hamer Park Clubrooms to provide a new and contemporary facility, which would meet both the values of the community and the needs of the sporting clubs into the future.

As identified in the council report of 10 September 2019, and following community feedback, the City will not go any further with a proposal to build new clubrooms adjacent to Woodsome Street.

In line with its commitment to further consultation, the City is exploring options to build a new facility that can be reached from North Street, close to where the old clubrooms are.
