The City of Stirling has received an application for a Local Development Plan at 2a Walter Road West, Inglewood & 150 Dundas Road, Inglewood.

The Local Development Plan is a requirement of Local Planning Policy 4.5 – Private Institution Design Guidelines and identifies provisions for road layout, parking, vehicle access, landscaping, building height, and setbacks.

A copy of the plan is available in the Plans and Documents section located on the right of this page.

Alternatively, a copy is available for viewing during business hours (8.30am – 5.00pm, Monday to Friday) at the City of Stirling Main Administration Building located at 25 Cedric Street, Stirling.
