Community and Stakeholder Engagement at the City

The City of Stirling is improving the way we involve stakeholders and the community in the important decisions we makes as a local government.

We have developed our first Community and Stakeholder Engagement Policy, which was endorsed by Council on 2 July 2019.

The purpose of this policy is to provide a clear statement of commitment to our community and staff and set out minimum standards for community and stakeholder engagement to be adopted across the organisation.

The next step for the City is to work with our community to implement the policy and measure our improvements in community and stakeholder engagement.

How can you be involved?

The City will be working with our community to develop a number of Community and Stakeholder Engagement Procedures. There will be many opportunities for you to be involved and we encourage you to register your interest by completing the registration form below, or subscribe for updates by following the project.
