The City is seeking public comment on this Development Application as it proposes variations to Stirling City Centre Innaloo Local Development Plan.

Clause 2.1.3.1 Wall Height

The following wall height variations are proposed:

  • The building facing Geneff Street proposes an 11.7m wall height (3 storeys and a basement level) to the top of the flat roof as measured above average natural ground level (ANGL). A wall height of 9m (3 storeys) is permitted.
  • The building facing Hertha Road proposes a 14.8m wall height (4 storeys and a basement level) to the top of the flat roof as measured above average natural ground level (ANGL). A wall height of 12m (4 storeys) is permitted.

The following setback variations are proposed:

  • Basement to the North - setback nil in lieu of the required 3m.
  • Basement to the South - setback nil in lieu of the required 3m.
  • Ground Floor to the South – setback 1.14m in lieu of the required 3m.
  • First Floor to the North - setback 3m in lieu of the required 4m.
  • First Floor to the South - setback 1.14m in lieu of the required 4m.
  • Second Floor to the North - setback 3m in lieu of the required 4m.
  • Second Floor to the South - setback 1.14m in lieu of the required 4m.
  • Third Floor to the North - setback 3m in lieu of the required 6m.
  • Third Floor to the South - setback 1.14m in lieu of the required 6m.
