    The City is seeking public comment with regards to the following variations only:

    · The development application is proposing a Skillion roof wall height of 6.27 metres and 6.76 metres instead of 6.0 metres and 8 metres as required by Local Planning Policy No. 2.6 – Residential Building Height;

    · The development application is proposing the following lot boundary setback variations to the requirements of Clause 5.1.3 – Lot Boundary Setbacks of the Residential Design Codes:

    o The maximum height of the garage boundary wall of Unit 1 is 4.62 metres with an average height of 4.375 metres instead of a maximum height of 3.5 metres and an average height of 3 metres;

    · The development application is proposing excavation within 3 metres of the street alignment with a maximum depth of 1 metre instead of 0.5 metres as required by Clause 5.3.7 – Site Works of the Residential Design Codes. In addition, fill is proposed within 1 metre of the following lot boundaries:

    o East - maximum depth of 0.55 metres;
